I specialize in one thing: getting the body to move again.
I work with adults whose systems have stopped responding. People with chronic constipation, pelvic floor dysfunction, or slow transit who’ve already tried supplements, diets, medications, and protocols—and still feel stalled.
My job is not to offer support. It’s to correct dysfunction.
I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I’m licensed, board-certified, and serve as the Director of Clinical Education at the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. I train practitioners to think clearly, treat precisely, and reject the vague.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built clinical systems to retrain gut rhythm, reset pressure patterns, and restore physiological obedience.
Unburden is one of those systems. It exists because people were getting dismissed. Told it’s normal. Told to drink more water. Told it’s just stress.
It’s not. It’s breakdown.
I don’t work with everyone. And I don’t claim to fix everything. But if you’ve stopped responding to the basics—and your body is no longer obeying—there’s a reason.
My job is to find it.
